The Illinois Gourd Society- Southern Regional Chapter folks are planning a regional event with The Midwestern Herb and Garden Show inside Times Square Mall (42nd and Broadway) in Mount Vernon, IL.

Gourd workshop- Designing your own Gourd Wren House on February 10 at 7 p.m. We wish for prospective students to contact Karen Wilson to register to keep count of how many kits we need to make.  Registration can be done now so have more time to prepare.  We will take family groups too where may make one kit together.  We think it is nice to have parents work with their children on things too.  Parents must attend with children.  We will be painting with acrylics.
