This is step one of an Indian girl with a wolf puppy on top of a gourd		  
Here I have just started painting her.

Painted and ready for hair
I painted her and a little underneath design. I will add a painted beadwork and leave the rest natural. Her hair is Icelandic sheep wool. I braided a small strip on the front side.

I trimmed her hair, painted some more details on her, and added painted beads to the design under her. This piece measures 6" to the top of her head from the base and 20" around the circumference of the gourd.

I now have attached wolf and log to top of gourd and put a under coat of paint.
